Meeting Dates 2023

Meetings for 2023 will be held at the MPI Club at 6:45pm. These are public, open meetings and we welcome all to attend and volunteer to help plan the 98th Festa. All dates are tentative. SAN ROCCO FOUNDATION 2022 UPDATE

The San Rocco Foundation Board of Directors held their annual Re-Org meeting on Sunday, January 9th, 2022.

·         Re-elected Harry Vallecorsa, Eileen Leasha and David DiPetro were elected to a 3 year term and Eileen will stay on as Treasurer.

·         David Colonna was elected as Vice President to replace Willie Costanza who is retiring

·         Willie Costanza was given the honor of being our first Director Emeritus, recognizing the role he has played in continuing our traditions over the past 50 years

·         Arlene Sustar was added to the Capital Committee to replace Willie, Eugene Frioni was added to the Vacancy Committee to replace Willie and the Fundraising Committee to replace Eileen Leasha. All other Committees remain intact.

·         Kelly Mowad Hughes and Stacy Sustar Ritchart were added as new Directors

All Committees were given go ahead to begin preparations for 2022 events

A motion to donate $1000 (OOMPAH fund) to the Organ fund at St Titus (for repair) was discussed and passed.

Domenico Belli Metal Art Sculpture Raffle ~ Get your TICKETS now for $10

 Domenico Belli was born in Patrica, a small town in the hill country approximately forty miles southeast from Rome. He started his work as metal worker at the age of sixteen and showed an early interest and talent for his job. At the age of eighteen, his parents decided to emigrated to America where he found employment as metal workers and welder and also developed his skills as an artist and designer. He started to create primitive sculptures from reclaimed steel for several years. He started about 10 years ago to discover his passion for the abstract and contemporary sculpture and it was love at first sight. Today he builds only large sculptures  sing stainless, Cor-Ten steel and Bronze.  He received many rewards for his sculptures. @DomenicoBelli shows his contemporary large metal sculpture all over the United States. One of the most important installation is in Italy, in the town of Patrica . It is a 20 ft tall cor-ten steel abstract sculpture called " Patrica Meja" and it is a tribute for all people who left this little town to emigrated in other country.

We are so pleased that Domenico Belli Metal Arts has donated this beautiful sculpture to the SRF.  We will be selling tickets (to win) at our Golf outing as well as the Festa for $10.  The sculpture is valued at $1200.  

The winning ticket will be pulled Saturday evening (8/14/2021).   Tickets can be purchased (where art is displayed) next to the Super Raffle booth.  If you would like additional info, please email us as sanroccofoundation@gmail.com.
