The San Rocco Foundation has embarked on a journey and re-created the tastes and memories of our La Tavola Italiano (the Italian Table). There is no question that our heritage is revered for its wonderful pastas, sauces, pastries and a myriad of other dishes and drinks.
You have all sent your pictures, stories and recipes. These opened the flood gates of our memories; Nonna’s sauce and meatballs, your Zia’s Italian cookies, Nonno’s homemade wine. Now we have published a treasure that has been in the making for decades.
